CONCEPTUALIZATION:
Our cost policy is based on a set of indicators related to decision-making and/or the individual benefits of travelers, considering project management, accommodation, meals, on-site transportation, and support activities. We seek options with adequate levels of comfort and services within our network of work sites, organized into a cluster formed by a group of prestigious institutions, adopted as a horizontal method within the operational value chain of our proposal.
The above framework requires us to manage our costs—and therefore the income they generate—in accordance with the regulations established by the Peruvian government through the Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT). It is mandatory to issue payment receipts for the control of both parties involved in a purchase transaction or in the use and/or consumption of services. For this reason, foreign travelers with extended stays must obtain invoices or sales receipts to legally record and track their expenses. Likewise, this regulation benefits the providers of such services, granting them legal recognition.
Regarding personal safety and financial legality, we refer to the measures and actions taken to protect people, property, information, and other assets from possible risks, harm, or threats.
As for guarantees, these are a promise or commitment that what we provide will be fulfilled and will meet a certain level of quality—always backed by our many years of experience in the travel industry, as well as by the institutions and individuals involved in our proposal.
PAYMENT PROCESS:
FIRST – Inform yourself, review, choose, and prepare your trip, deciding on the best option according to your expectations and affinities with any of our projects.
SECOND – Obtain your Passport and Visa, according to the requirements in your country of origin, taking into account that your stay in Peru will be 30 days (1 month) with the possibility of extension.
THIRD – Locate our registration button and fill out the corresponding form, indicating your chosen project. As a sign of formalization, you will deposit the amount of USD 10 into the bank and account number that we will provide through our institutional email, in order to ensure both your security and ours. This payment will allow us to issue a payment receipt as proof of our legality, and it will be deducted from the total amount due for the project.
FOURTH – Based on your intention to participate, we will draft a specific contract for our relationship, considering the conditions and interests of both parties. This contract must be signed one month (30 days) before your departure date, and at the same time you must deposit or pay by phone 40% of the total cost of your project into our bank account.
FIFTH – Before your trip to Cusco, Peru—15 days prior—you must pay the remaining 60% of the total cost of your project. This can be done using the same payment method as before or via telephone payment. Full payment, as agreed in the contract, is a mandatory condition before departure. Once this payment is verified, we will issue the corresponding SUNAT payment certificate.
SIXTH – It is very important to coordinate with the airline that will transport you from your country of origin to Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima regarding your arrival time, as well as with the connecting airline that will take you to Alejandro Velasco Astete Airport in Cusco. You must send us this information using the communication channels we will provide.
SEVENTH – Finally, our staff will be waiting for your arrival at Alejandro Velasco Astete Airport to transport you to our central headquarters (MY HOME) in the city of Cusco, for an informative meeting before your transfer and placement at your project site. During this meeting, we will provide you with key information about your stay, project, the people involved, and the general rules of the organization.
